Honoring Those Who Have Served

Hundreds of thousands served America and her allies in World War II. In partnership with the Spirit of ’45 and Hewlett-Packard, we have put together a collection of 1,436 photos of servicemen & women in commemoration of VJ Day, August 14. The photos are also part of a 120-foot long banner that will be displayed at the National World War II Memorial on August 11 and 12, 2012.
